NO. Hormones don't make you lose BF. Diet and excersize do.
 
I was reading that this Katana stuff can potentially cause you to drop your bodyfat %. Can you explain to me in layman's terms what mechanism this is achieved through? (what will be going on in the body for this fat loss to occur as a result of this product?) Say you were pretty much eating and training the same way, and then simply added Katana to your "supplementation". Would this alone cause a drop in bodyfat?

Depends on what (eating the same) is for you. If eating the same means you are eating like a fucking pig all day well then its not likely to help with dropping bf%.

But you you are eating right and training then well yes I can explain how it helps.

I always eat pretty much the same things: Eggs, Beef, Fish, Chicken, Oatmeal, Protein Powders, Milk, Natural Peanut Butter...

What I meant in my question by "eating the same" was if I kept my calorie level pretty much status quot.

What I meant in my question by "eating the same" was if I kept my calorie level pretty much status quot.

It raises body temp. Which in turn raises cals burned.
It raises nutrition retention thus more cals are used and less stored.
It will help build muscle. More muscle burns more cals.
Work
it will can increase,strength and endurance. This makes for longer and harder work outs. of course this in turn is going to burn more cals.

All with out running to high a risk to capitalism and muscle waiting because of course we all know this is not a big problem well on cycle. Nutrition retention,staying in a stat of anabolism blah blah.
