Karachi sust fake or real

Just got a bunch of karachi sust amps and not to sure about them. The necks of each amp vary in shape but propionate is spelt correctly. They came 3 in a box. Not sure why the pic came out side ways though

U say the amps are not all same.
I check with others who gotten same product from same sorce .
Sust is tricky product could be almost any thing in the counterfeit amps but more often them not it low dose.

Karachi sust. is legit. I bought it directly from Karachi (city) and got the best price. 60 Cents/ Amp

as far as I know you can walk into pharmacy in Pakistan and get without prescription good gear

but there is different story when you buy from unknown website

These look like the Organon made version. Karachis are now made by OBS. I wouldn't call these fake. They're a good copy and have a wide following in Canada. I've used them with good results.
