by the way, i just remembered, here's my training schedule:
Sun: Legs, Abs (resistance exercises)
Mon: Chest, Abs (low resistance--floor exercises etc.)
Tuesday Back, Bi's (3 sets of bi's only--light bicep workout)
Wednesday: Delts, Traps, Abs (again, resistance exercises)
Thursday: Biceps (hard), triceps, forearms
Friday: off
Saturday off
I do my bi's twice a week because if you think about it, with all the pressing movements on chest and delt day, you hit the tri's already enough..and with the back day, you hit bi's only once.
So my logic is, really i train triceps hard once a week, and twice very lightly (because of the chest and delt exercises)
So i feel like to work them almost equally i should hit biceps hard once day, and one day lightly
