There are a ton of built guys at my gym, so it takes guts to walk in and lift 2 x 10 lbs weights over your head to shoulder press while these dudes are lifting small houses.

I alwas help newbs around the gym....it's a rewarding feeling to help others

you know, that is so cool. I remember my first day at the gym. Jan 4th 1998 and I was soooooooooooooo scared. Some sweet girl named Karen came up to me and helped me.

I don't think new peeps going to a gym realize how helpful the expierenced people are.

3 weeks ago I gave 15 bucks to 4 street kids and their dog...
However, haven't done anything since... though I do try to spare some change for the homeless as roughly 70% of them reportedly suffer from schizophrenia... which we have no fucking clue what that must be like.
