Just wanting to introduce myself

My name is Matt, Im 22, I started working out in middle school, and continued all during highschool. I would have played college ball, but, I got into a little trouble my senior year (long story, but no felonies thank good). I worked out for about a year after highschool and have been gradually getting back into it. 3 days a week depending on work, studying/school and hobbies. I never dieted until about the last year, I cut a lot of the fast food, candy, little white donuts (omg they are bad ass), cookies etc. out of my diet. Just here to learn a little about "gear" as many refer to it. Someone (a good friend of mine that used to compete in bodybuilding) mentioned that I have a good body structure to support not only natural growth, but "gear" growth. I am 6'1, riding on 210 and a little flabby not bad, but not near where I want to be. I am a n00b when it comes to dieting and gear. Like I said, Im here to learn anything and everything I can about getting bigger, and getting ripped. Any suggestions on where to start? (Dieting and working out are my #1 focus's right now, I need a work out and diet plan, Im too new to "gear" and don’t wanna even come close to rushing it, so that is near irrelevant at this time)

O yea, I am currently in college at Lamar University in Beaumont, seeking a major in business management and business marketing (dual major). After I graduate (grades permitting), I plan to go to law school (Baylor, University of Houston, etc. just somewhere)

Hobby's: computers, chipping xbox's, making slow cars fast, ever ridin in an eclipse with 300+whp, I used to skateboard but there are only so many hours in the day and broken bones take up too much time.

Like I said, I just wanted to introduce myself.

You are smart to realize your not ready for gear. Hit your diet and workout hard for a few yrs...then worry about the gear.

I have a Marketing/Management Degree also.
 
whats up man..
stay away from the gear until you build a better base. at your height theres no reason why you cant be 210 @8% bf without gear...

its a matter of getting on a good training routine and diet

Thanx for the welcome, I AM NOT A TROLL! LOL I barely have enough time to get online to check my email, I wouldnt be here unless I had a reason, Im here to learn and read. Its damn near the only way to get what I want. Im just looking to do this right and not be the guy that has been in the gym for the last two years working out and not gained anything.

good approach. hit up the training, diet and anabolics forums here and read and discuss - there are a TON of good bros and girls to learn from here.
