Dont worry about your BF%. Just get your diet sorted, eat as much as you can, 6-7 times ED. Train hard 5 days PW with intensity. Get plenty or rest & enjoy the ride.
It's about what I'm at right now. I'm a littler leaner looking than you, but then of course, I do have more mass which gives that appearance.
You have a great base to work with. I wish I did. I was a way skinny dude, and I'm still not that massive really. Good size, but I wouldn't look at me and think, wow that guy is pretty big. Just look solid and in shape. I wanna get people staring though. All in time.
Up the calories and lots of protein man. As you are just starting out, your first 2 months you will put on a lot of size without any supplements, as long as you eat enough protein. I'm betting you could add 10 solid pounds in 8 weeks. Seriously. When you first start working out, the size comes quickly, then also tapers off quickly and then gains come slower. Get commited about your diet and get commited about your training and also get commited on researching and asking questions about training and diet to further hone in your plan and figure out what works best for you.
