I'm also still luvin the amp 02. I do have a question though. When I got my dose up to 10 caps I noticed my face & ears would get flushed (red) for awhile. Didnt bother me none other than just being noticeable. Someone told me the niacinamide thats in it would cause that but not to worry about it. Any truth to this?

Some users may experience "niacin flush," even with Niacinamide
The Flush is a harmless warm and tingly sensation on the skin. Eating 20-30 grams of a complex carbohydrate with water usually relieves this feeling at once; if you ignore it, it will fade after 15-20 minutes with no side effects.

whats the guideline when using something like Thermorexin with Amplify02. i've been doin 6 amp's ed before my workout, bout to increase, but when i took my thermorexin 2 hrs before the amp yesterday, i got EXTREMELY shaky and pretty nauseated in the middle of my lift. anyone?

I do know that when people ask if they can use Amplify02 with LIPOFLAME we say yes, so long as you use no more then half a dose of each.

I had the same reaction. I always took it on an empty stomach, so that's probably part of it.
