Well ive done wieght and cardio training with n0 explode before and thought that it worked really well, so ive been looking at amplify 02. The reason i lift in general is for my skiing, i live in whistler bc and ski park and back country everyday. I know it may seem like not that overly physical of a sport to some, but a typical day in the backcountry includes several 2 hour hikes at altitude, breaking through waist deep snow, and then skiing back down obviously, so it takes a good amount of strength and endurance. So by the end of the day your pretty damn well exhausted. Now im not thinking about taking it all the time, but would it be beneficial/safe to use an n02 supplement in this setting?
I can see it really helping at times like the last hike of the day, or even for if i just want to charge down a run really hard. From what ive read about it, it seems like it would work out pretty well, but does anyone else have experience with n02 doing anything similar to this? and would it be alright to keep taking it for 6 hours or so, so i can be up the whole day, or would it start to have some negative effects then?
