I have one, it works well. Have an escort & like it as well. The V1 is more sensetive & has directional arrows.. u should like it. Great for radar; not so great for lasar.

I got two 100+ reckless tickets w/the valentine after midnight with noone on the road

and on one of those tickets I suspect a convoy of 4 trucks I blew by at 130 in nowhere kentucky
called the cop to ambush me
he hit me with a spotlight too
you have to know how to use the valentine
it puts the odds back in your favor
I knew I was exposed but sometimes it`s fuck it

I`d rather be forewarned so I can slow before I get to Johnny Law`s hide

Exactly when I was radar /Vascar certified we had to estimate 20 vehicles going in opposite directios head on etc: within + or - 5 mph / we had to call the vehicles speed then the instructor sitting right beside me with a radar unit would then clock the vehicle and if you missed one you failed and could not get your certificate until you do this... bottom line if you are hauling ass they will bust your ass for reckless automatically...Spartacus said:

having a valentine will also tell you if you`re being clocked
use these units for 20 years as I have and you know patterns
myth one is that cops target sports cars
so many times I`ve been clocked going like 80 in a 70 and no action
if anything my experiences tell me the sports car get a break more often than not
