The salsa is Mrs. Renfro's. I pick it up in the grocery store but apparently they have a website you can order from as well. it's not ungodly hot, but it tastes great.

The cheese i also pick up at the grocery store. it also has jalapino in it, but the habenaro taste overrides it. good stuff. i usually just slap it on wheat crackers or if i'm making burgers i'll throw salsa down, then melt habanero cheese over the top, add some sour cream and lettuce and you've got one big sloppy mess
