Hey guys,
I just wanted to make my first post an intro and a big THANKS to all of you!! I can't believe how much info and how many well-informed people there are on this board...very very cool.
I'm 26 and I've been lifting pretty religiously for 3 years now. I was always a skinny kid and finally got tired of being 5'11" at 145 lbs. I'm now at 175 & 12% bf, I read everything I can get my hands on, and now I'm addicted to this site...which is a good thing. I started out by buying Mr. Spellwin's books and now I'm trying to learn all I can about how you guys cycle, recover, etc. I haven't made any decisions regarding trying AAS yet--I plan on learning from you guys for a while longer. I wanna have everything planned out perfectly before jumping.
Probably my favorite part is reading all the "flaming"--I guess that's what you call it. From a self-declared Newbie, let me say this: it really is simple--NEWBIES SHOULD READ THE RULES AND RESPECT THEM. We're not dealing with protein bars here, for Chrissakes!
Anyway, I look forward to meeting all of you. And thanks again for all the advice!!!!
