Just had nipples pierced- ouch!

Well, I know what your gonna say.....

I was dared and I did it, they still hurt now but I must say they look pretty good. Had my navel done about 7 years ago(same time as my tattoo on my back).

Got 14g ball rings, 6 months before they heal(apperently), allegedy when they do it's highly sensual.

At least I won't be 'cheat' bouncing the bar off my chest on the bench press for a while!

My wife has had them done for a while now, she also has her tongue and navel done too. Next she is thinking about her clit or hood. I think all the piercings look hot on her. Give your nipples about 2 weeks and they should feel a little better. Enjoy them.

Lidocaine is just topical. You need something a little more stronger then that. This is where my wife is lucky, she is a Doctor and was able to take something for the pain. Lucky her.

Look dude I am a nurse!

You inject lidocaine into the tissue surrounding the area(NEVER a vein or you'll kill the patient!) or a nerve and you have good local anesthesia(or regional).

Lidocaine in my hospital usually comes in vials of 20ml. 1ml in 10mg. I know, I have put enough stitches in people with the it!

In the nips it would work a dream!

My understanding from a "DOCTORS" point of view is the shot of lidocaine will burn worst then getting your damn nipple pierced, but I guess it all depends on the person, I like pain so I would just get the damn thing done and not worry about it. Then maybe when it was done I would have a drink.

Seriosly, I could inject lidocaine witha 25g or less needle, with initially shallow depth then proceed deeper.

To pierce you need a 14g needle, A LOT thicker that has to go through a lot more flesh in an area where there are a lot more nerves.

Trust me, I am right on this(Danielson what you think?).

It does'nt matter in piercing, as you would mark the areas before(as in surgery), but tattooing is far more real time so Lidocaine would puff up the area and would be no good.

I would recccomend about 300mg of Dihydocodeine, or 30mg of MST(she would know what this is)..... that way you'd be out of it but kind of responsive to the tattooist. Even Ketamine(although, not my reccomendation). But hell, I would feel cheated if I did'nt have the pauin when I had my tattoo.

Not sure where that is, I have been there 8 times, My mother is there now and my father should be going to meet up with her next week one day. They have 2 houses in the Athens area and one house on the Island of Andros and are in the process of building another one on the same Island. I have not been there since 1985 but we are going to go to the 2004 games. One of there house's is located just a few miles from the stadiums. My Aunt who worked for the Prime Minister is trying to get us opening ceramony tickets. We cant wait, it will be like having a second honeymoon.

nip piercings didn't really hurt me, it was more of an adrenalin and endorphin rush, got extremely clear headed and all happy and cheerfull.

it's been several years since being pierced, they are STILL sensitive and good feeling!!

i get as much tongue attention on the ol' nips as i do between my teeth!

I have a very high tolerance for pain but getting my nipples pierced was the one painful experience I've had that still turns my stomach every time I think of it. I liked them a lot though. I kept them in for over a year....took them out this past fall. Sometimes I miss them though. I think they look really yummy.

a word of advice is cover them with something while you sleep so they dont catch and pull,thats what happened with mine and it took forever to heal and i fought off two infections,but i didnt think it hurt to bad to be honest

I had mine done today. The pain was pretty intense, but didn't last that long. Within about 5 hours they fealt almost good as new and I went to the gym, and did back. I really like it because I have always had puffy bologna nipples, and now they don't look that bad. I think I want to get a bar in them though, not the ring I have.
