Just had my second atrial flutter ablation

How do you know you had this? How was it diagnosed? What did the cardiologist say?

i could feel it,, pulse is very irregular my heart rate would beat as fast as 180, then slow to about 70,, felt like my heart was made of jello,, was rushed to hospital,, they can diagnose it with an ekg......
