Just had an interesting car experience on the road

I pulled up to the last light before I get to work and there at the stoplight I saw something odd. Three brand new 5 Series BMWs right in a row. Blue, silver, and blue...all right behind each other. No dealer tags either - they were already plated. I had yet to see the new bodystyle 5 series on the road. They look pretty good. The front end you might confuse with the 7 series, but the back taillights are going to take some getting used to. They kind of look like wings. Then to top it off, right after I finished ogling the BMWs - what blows right by me? An early 90s Vette ZR-1. Anyone know what a ZR-1 is or how to distinguish it from a stock vette?
