just got off of adderall need help to prevent fat

i know taking adderall isnt the best way to lose weight but i had a friend who gave a ton to me and i used it for about 2 months and lost 20 lbs...

i still ate about 800-1000 cals a day, but i must say i look alot better now then i did before i started and im ready to run a cycle of sustanon 10 weeks 500mg a week and start eating alot more to put on the muscle i had lost from the adderall

please....dont torch...i know i didnt select the best way to lose the fat but whats done is done and i want to know the best possible way to ease back into my adderall free lifestyle...food and all...

sorry i must flame. surely you know adderall is amphetamines and fucks with your brain. its not like roids where you can do a cycle and everything goes back to normal when you nuts ramp up again.
As far as leading an adderall free lifestyle, you just stop doing it cold like most stuff.
 
before i started i was 210 5'10'' 18 percent bf

after i got to 190 and 15 percent bf

and by adderall free lifestyle i mean i have already stopped it, and i want the best way to go back to eating again without gaining the fat...not like i addicted to the shit or anything i was only using it for hunger control because nothing else worked

and as far as the flaming goes.....bro you cant be flaming when i said no flaming. just dont post..

and as far as the comparisons go, adderall fucks with your brain so does weed and steroids. If i chose to use something for a purpouse obviously its my choice and you have no idea what went on beforehand that caused me to make the decision. drugs are drugs, aas is aas, alcohol is alcohol....everything has advantages and disadvantages, every drug.

I can post on any thread i want bro, guess you forgot this is the internet and its all free game. Adderall messes with your brain because its designed to, roids are designed for muscle growth and in no way affect brains like amphetamines. But yes, drugs are drugs and we all know the risks. I just hope the 3% fat loss was worth the 2 months straight of popping speed tabs.

and no, you cant post your closed minded one sided bullshit on my thread and expect me not to fire back. i asked for help, not scorning. so if you got some help then feel free to post if not then i might have to take an amphetamine shit on your head.

If theres never any scorning then noobs are bound to repeat their stupid mistakes. Its part of learning. And since Im really here to help, why dont you say what dire circumstances made you resort to amphetamines for weight loss. Then maybe you can figure out how to keep the fat off.
 
i eat 800 calories in a single meal. Thats a shitty was to loose fat. I bet you lost a ton of muscle too. You should have incorporated some aas and cardio.
 
Hey man,
what you can do to keep fat at bay is:
1. Eat a low fat diet. Get your fat from olive oil, fish and nuts. Keep it at around 30g a day.
2. Consume good carbs.... Oats, pataoe, bread, rice. Eat these carbs around 200g a day and cut it off after 7PM. Just eat protein and veggies after that
3. Keep protein at around 150g per day.
3. Do cardio 3x a week 20-30 min HIIT
If you still have some difficulties with fat deposits cut back on the carbs a bit or increase cardio
