Just getting started.... again

I have a couple of questions, I just turned 36. What are my realistic gains in terms of muscle mass for my age... I am 200 right now and 6'4" and typically a hard gainer... anyone adive on how to maximize my workout for the best gains would be appreciated.... My goal is to hit 225 in the next year with no more than 8% bodyfat...
Any advice out there?
 
Keep your workout under 45 minutes. 3-4 times a week and as intense as you possibly can.

After about a month or so. Sit back look at your gains and decide what to do from there.

Depends on what you are prepared to do to reach your goals and i am not just talking about ASS.

Next year i will get my body fat below 10%, Unfortinatly i have a high mantanace girlfriend who already bitches about the amont of time i spend down the gym, She is going to have to like it or lump it, Just an example of the sacrfice it takes.

that would pretty much cover it... haha
I have taken creatine and whey products in the past... just didn't know if there was anything else available now... I leave to go back into the army in 30 days and would like to be somewhat buff before I leave.... haha
 
I'm making good gains with prolab at the moment, using Advansed Mass2 and there creatine its well priced and the creatine dosn't bloat me like other brands do.

MuscleTech are over priced.

nope not yet... just got on here today... so haven't spent much time trying to navigate the site...
i think i have used prolabs creatine once before.... been so long and i tried several brands i don't remember...
