Progress update:
As a novice, I would like to remind the beginners that post-cycle is just as important as on-cycle maintenance. My 30 lb gains have dwindled down to 20 lbs and I feel like I have lost a lot of the "pump" while on cycle.
For my second cycle I plan on making a few changes; maybe a little less food and protein (my digestive system is STILL recovering), probably run HCG every 3rd day (as another suggested) to avoid the shutdown all together, and use Proscar and Nizoral to prevent the hair from thinning (drop the Deca and replace with something else).
In summary, most (2/3rds) of the gains have stayed and the only side effects are ACNE FROM HELL, and a little bit of hair thinning.
Any suggestions for Deca replacement?
Would running HCG throughout the cycle help with the post-cycle acne?
