Wow, awesome gains bro! Hate it for you with the pimple war. As to your questions about post cycle work-out and diet. I am no doctor or nutritionist so I can only speak from my own experiences. Feel free to question any of my advice and please double check me!
Work-out: you need to continue to work-out hard and heavy. However, you have to place emphasis on rest. Your body is now used to rapid recovery from the AAS. Unfortunately, you no longer have any AAS in your system aiding recovery so you will feel the symptoms of overtraining quickly. In a nutshell don't sacrifice intensity don't lower the weight but make sure you REST, REST, REST.
Diet: You need to keep your diet up for at least a month before you start to tapper it off. Monitor your Protein/Carb/Fat ratios and make sure your carbs don't go to high, but don't lower them to much. I have not tried it yet, (I will on my next cycle) but Gluceroll-R (R-ala) will, according to the reads on this board, help you maintain a high carb diet and not increase fat stores. Let me reiterate I will be using this product.
Finally, in addition to clomid I have found clenbuterol (sp?) in doses from 40 to 60 mcg per day will help in the following way:
First, you have extra amounts of cortisol running through your body trying to breakdown everything in sight. Extra cortisol = catabalism not a good thing. Clen. will help block cortisol reducing the catabolic effect and help you maintain more muscle.
Second, Clen. will help you maintain a higher calorie diet without increasing fat stores. Clen. has both thermogenic a stimulatory properties for this process. Some people may recomend higher doeses; however, I believe post cycle higher doses can have a negative effect reducing muscle mass, so stay in the 40 to 60 mcg range.
Good luck with recovery!
