Just a few random questions

I guess I'll just start out with a few details about myself ...

I'm 5' 9", weigh 150 lbs., and I have very little body fat. The only thing is that I'd like to have less 'chubby' cheeks ... they're not chubby, but I'd rather have a leaner looking face.

My question is .... how do I go about doing this without starving myself? I can't go a day without eating three hearty meals ... Is it all excercise? I go on a mile run every other night and then I do some weight-lifting for a half hour every other day.

you need meat on you bro.

It's genetics ... the most I've ever weighed was 158 lbs. and that was last year in college. I'm back down to 150 lbs. despite the amount of food that I eat (tons).

dude your cheeks are chubby at all.. you can see the contour of your cheek bones!

dont limit yourself with an excuse about genetics.

I second the yohimburn, but I would suggest you actually get your BF % tested, may be higher than you think, In the last 10 years i've been as high as 32% bf, and as low as 6%. Once I got under about 15%, my facial fat started noticeably dropping. skin basically wraps around my facial features at sub 10%. if your bf is already below 10 or so, i'd go with the yohimburn.

One more thing. Go check out the training board, diet board, supplements board, etc. Much better place to figure out what is best for you. :)

I didn't check your pics first time around this post. You definately have low bodyfat. I'd go with yohimburn if you are wanting your cheeks to have that sunken look. They look okay though, I see no chubbiness to them.

Now, if I get this Yohimburn stuff, what will it do to my body? I don't think I need to lose any more weight ... I just want to get that 'sunken' cheek look.

....

... or maybe I shouldn't worry about my cheeks. I'm just trying to look better (or at least what I think will make me look better).

I promise your cheeks aren't puffy at all.

Your cheeks are not chubby. You are self-conscious about your face structure. Forget yohimburn or anything else - you need to overcome your mental obsticle on this one bro.

As far as the "It's genetics ... the most I've ever weighed was 158 lbs.," your fucking yourself over mentaly here too.

talk to The Nature Boy.......he can give you some make up tips.....how to highlight and define, and give structure to those cheek bones

:)

How am I screwing myself over mentally by thinking it's genetics? Last year in college, I ate tons of fatty high-carb foods. I ate right before I would go to sleep and I had no limitations on what or how much I ate. I only put on 8 lbs. the entire year and I lost it all over the summer just by eating a little healthier.

LOL. sort of fits his pic. like he's really shy or something.

hmmm .... I never thought about it that way (makes sense though). I'm a graphic designer so I have this thing for small text. It looks more professional than the big clumsy looking fonts.

Welcome to the board.
The Chat Board Crew is having a good time with you. :D

The best thing to do is go over to the Diet, Training Board for
more solid information.
You need to eat big and lift hard. To get some more size on you.
You look lean and you have no chubby cheeks.

And I don't think yohimburn
is the right thing for you!

Have fun here on The Chat..

I've decided not to spend money on this yohimburn stuff or anything of the like. I was thinking about it and I don't know why I'm so self-conscious about my cheeks. What I am going to do is just continue going on my 10 mi. bike rides every day (or every other day) and just eat healthy. The only problem with eating healthy is that it's costly to eat a balanced meal every day and I don't have a lot of money. I'm 19 years old, I have my own apartment and I work 3 jobs (I'm trying to save up for college).

One other thing is that many of my friends are overweight and I don't want to end up looking like them so I have this thing about looking lean and mean all the time (it doesn't affect my huge appetite though).

Ding ding ding ding.

Look, I'm not bashing you here, but if you were trying to gain weight you went about it very poorly. This is not the way to manipulate your size and/or body composition.

I don't know if you're looking to pack on some muscle or not. Hwever, if you are you CAN. That's what bodybuilding is all about. You just need to learn how to do it.

I got bored with my username gorto so I made a new one [®ª†].

Anywho .... it's cool. Sorry if I came across as being overly defensive. I am looking to pack on some muscles and that is the reason why I signed up at this site. Thanks
