Juice and Abs?

TRAP's abs workout:

-Take a nap
-Go to the gym, do any muscle group except abs
-Eat, have cake
-Jerk off
-Shower

if you do this, I promise you will be ripped in two weeks or your money back....
 
personally i dont do abs more than once a week, unless im cutting, but abs cant get over worked (they can in extreme cases), because we use abs soooooooooo much with other exercises and general labour, they develop way more than other bodyparts, so thats why it takes a lot for abs to be over worked. but unless your abs are lagging you dont need to work them more than twice a week.
 
shit i hit abs once at the beginning of the week and theyre sore for like 5 days. and im on 750 mg of test, which is funny because every other bodypart heals within 2 days but my abs are hurting forever.
 
Calves and Abs can handle more frequent work due to having a higher proportion of slow twitch fibers. This is the same reason most pros do higher reps for both of these body parts. I do abs 3 times a week and I'm a powerlifter that's hitting them hard with both heavy squats and deadlifts. I have great solid and strong abs. Unfortunately they are covered with a layer of fat right now since I'm bulking.
