thx bro!! my back def looks better then my front...i have a solid 4 pack...i def still need to cut a little....those last 2 abs are stubborn son of a bitches!!! using yes on them and my chest as that's where i hold the most water.

$.02 if you stall a bit, I'd check the ingredients on the foods to make sure they are minimal processing (i.e. my oatmeal comparision). Should help move things along if needed. :)


**edit'd to ADD be very careful though, as your honeymoon may not be that enjoyable if you are swollen and piggish from " eating like an asshole " (who do i sound like) i.e. keep a cheat meal in there
 
typically i only eat the oatmeal once or twice a week to keep me sane. everything else is chicken, tuna, eggwhites, green veggies and cottage cheese. thx for the tip :rose:

p.s. haven't had a sip of alcohol in 25 days :)

YES did wonders for that subQ water and estro fat areas for me when i used it. If i could afford it, i'd buy more right now :)
