yesterday's training
despite my handicaps i think i had a pretty good day in the gym....tried not to do anything that involved bending and everything i did wast strict movement...it's amazing how much more of a pump you get when doing your reps slow and controlled...especially on bicep curls and side laterals.

6:15 start time
chest
- incline dumbells 2x12 70lbs (shoulder started killing me after the 2nd set...i think i'm done with free weights for chest
)
- hammer strength flat press 2x10 2 plates
back
- wide grip weighted pull ups 1x8 dropped 25lb dumbell and got 2 more 1x6 dropped weight and got 1 more (about 1 1/2 minutes rest btwn sets here)
-close grip pull downs 2x10 160lbs
shoudlers
- smith machine front military presses (usually use barbell but my back is whack
) 1x13 155lbs which i'm guessing is about 135lbs if i used the barbell
- one arm side laterals on cables
1x15 in the front
1x12 in the back
***still caused a little pain in the lower back but for the most part it was ok.....stayed away from srhugs or upright rows
arms
- incline curls 2x10 40lbs (biceps looked like extremely vascular after these
)
- lying extensions 1x18 70lbs 1x12 80lbs
didn't do abs b/c my lower abs are sore from compensating for my back....
went on treadmill for 10 minutes 2.5 15% incline
stretched my back and did some therapeutic exercises
done 7:15
