yesterday's training

despite my handicaps i think i had a pretty good day in the gym....tried not to do anything that involved bending and everything i did wast strict movement...it's amazing how much more of a pump you get when doing your reps slow and controlled...especially on bicep curls and side laterals.

5:55 8 caps of amp02

6:15 start time
chest
- incline dumbells 2x12 70lbs (shoulder started killing me after the 2nd set...i think i'm done with free weights for chest :()
- hammer strength flat press 2x10 2 plates

back
- wide grip weighted pull ups 1x8 dropped 25lb dumbell and got 2 more 1x6 dropped weight and got 1 more (about 1 1/2 minutes rest btwn sets here)
-close grip pull downs 2x10 160lbs

shoudlers
- smith machine front military presses (usually use barbell but my back is whack :p ) 1x13 155lbs which i'm guessing is about 135lbs if i used the barbell
- one arm side laterals on cables
1x15 in the front
1x12 in the back
***still caused a little pain in the lower back but for the most part it was ok.....stayed away from srhugs or upright rows

arms
- incline curls 2x10 40lbs (biceps looked like extremely vascular after these :))
- lying extensions 1x18 70lbs 1x12 80lbs

didn't do abs b/c my lower abs are sore from compensating for my back....

went on treadmill for 10 minutes 2.5 15% incline

stretched my back and did some therapeutic exercises

done 7:15
 
todays diet

meal 1
- mhp shake w/ 1/2 cup oats
- multi, e-1000iu, b12, 3 scotts finest green tea, gluc, fish oil

meal 2
- 2 cups of eggwhites cooked in a little oilve oil

meal 3
- grilled chicken with brocolli and 1/2 a serving of cheeze whiz
- 2 green tea
- 1 gluc

****rest of the day****

meal 4
- 1 can of tuna

meal 5
- maybe some sliced deli turkey...not sure yet

meal 6
- chicken and a salad

been holding off on a meal before bed if i'm not hungry...most times i'll force some anpb down...and then i have like 3-4 sccops :rolleyes: ...but if i can do without a meal then that's fine...if not a handful of almonds

no cardio today...back hurts and pain is now in the legs area so i have a hot date with my heating pad...maybe things will get freaky and i'll talk dirty...i don't know ...i'm not a doctor :coffee:

Force down some ANPB huh? I never have that problem, not with PB anyways :chomp: Diet looking good... sorry to hear about the back :(

well, i'll make myself come to eat it when i'm not hungry...and then after the first scoop i'm like f this.... i need at least 3 more to be happy haha!

I know the feeeeeeeeeling all too well :) Except now its all about the frozen cubes (Thanks T :heart: ) Before that it was ice cream scoop and a jar of PB allll the way :lmao:
 
Training and diet looks good man.... keep on keepin' on!

What part of your shoulder talks smack during the exercise? Been clinically diagnosised or self observation (like myself).

Heat up real good and do some gentle stretching!!! Knees propped up on pillows
 
clinically diagnosed on both shoulders....torn labrum. got one fixed...need the other one done ....but i ain't going.....i don't need 6 months out of the gym again....drove me nuts...not worth it to me...i get by....that is why i use machines and essentially lift like a p#ssy these days :chomp:
