i'm sure there will be more stories in the future...i just hope i can keep my cool

today's diet

meal 1
- ON whey i usually throw in 1/2 a cup of oats here but i knew my lunch would have alot of carbs so i kept them out
- 1 gluc
- vitamins and green tea

meal 2
- 5 whole eggs

meal 3
- ground turkey with whole wheat pasta in tomato basil sauce. really have no clue what the macros are here...i'm guessing about 70g of carbs and about 50g of protein and about 10g of fat
- 2 gluc

meal 4
- 1 can of tuna

post cardio ON whey no oats again

meal 5
- not sure yet...may mix up some 95% lean beef with the tomato basil again...out of chicken :(

meal 6
-will prob skip b/c i will def be at around 2600 cals and that's not good!!

here are the macros not including meal 5 or 6

total cals 1896

Fat: 66 595 33%
Sat: 18 164 9%
Poly: 14 123 7%
Mono: 24 216 12%
Carbs: 99 339 19%
Fiber: 14 0 0%
Protein: 220 879 48%
Alcohol: 0 0 0%

i figure after meal 5 it will be around 2300 which is still too high for me i think....

current weight is 178lbs

OMGGGGGGGGGGGG!!!!! The VAN to the PATH station........I know of this as I've taken the one out of Weehauken before and I've also taken the van into Manhatten thru the tunnel, sans Path......Those people are nuts I tell ya!! Dunno how you do it everyday.... :silly:

I love turkey!! I make a mean turkey and spinach burgers.. Only takes seconds to make and 4/5min in the grill.. Actually I'll post it on the recipe thread..

yeah it sucks....that everyday life for me. i wish i can just get in my car and drink my coffee on the way to work.

good morning to you tre and sb :)

weekend was great...had a best friend's wedding down in south jersey. a little banged up from the weekend but i'll handle it.

tre i've been meaning to ask you a question about my inner thighs...not sure the name of the exact muscle. everytime i do squats i feel my inside thighs extremely tight on my decent....kind of like the muscle is going to pull. i know i need to stretch prior but it seems like all the stretching i do still doesn't help. i do hamstring stretchs and quad stretches right before for a few minutes...but as soon as i go down i feel the strain if my insdie thighs not being stretched. so most times i shy away and just jump on the leg press machine instead.....an suggestions on particular stretchs for that muscle?? thx!

this morning's weight 175 lbs. down 8 lbs in 8 days on my cutting diet. def starting to see some more lines come back...when i sit down there's def less rolls thank god as i was starting to get depressed.

strength - i'm still stronger then i was 6 weeks ago and haven't noticed any strength loss in the last week. hopefully i can keep losing the bf and keep the strength gains i've made...so far this is holding true!

today's diet

meal 1
- ON whey with water
- 1 gluc
- vitamins and green tea

meal 2
- 2 cups of eggwhites

meal 3
- 2 round chicken patties with cheese and whole wheat pasta
- 2 gluc

meal 4
- 1 can of tuna

PWO ON whey shake with 1 cup of oats, and a banana

meal 5
- grilled chicken and green veggies
- 1 gluc

meal 6
- 2 tbsp anpb


Total: 2371

Fat: 64 574 26%
Sat: 16 147 7%
Poly: 16 142 6%
Mono: 23 211 9%
Carbs: 158 521 23%
Fiber: 28 0 0%
Protein: 288 1154 51%
Alcohol: 0 0 0%

didn't think the macros would look like this...just plugged them in to fitday...hmmmmm. that's more cals then i have wanted....maybe i'll use only 1/2 cup of oats pwo and only have 1 tbsp of anpb for meal 6...should not it down about 200 cals...which is pretty much where i want to be.
