wow!! extremely tired today....had my fantasy football draft online and it took freaking 5 hours b/c people are retarded....anyway. not really in the mood to eat, work, or keep my eyes open....getting my meals in today is def going to be an effort :worried:

yesterday's traning log

pre-workout 10 caps amp02 ---------> going to finish the bottle and prob not order another one. not to say it wasn't good...the pumps i'm getting lately are short lasting if any and the focus seems to have dissapated :rolleyes: i'll prob go back to using my purecee since i have a shit load of it still....after that's done maybe hit up some no explode b/c i have never tried it...who knows...i'm a supplement junkie!!!

ALL SETS ARE 1 1/2 MINUTES APART
chest
- hammer strength press 2x15 2 plates
- incline flyes 2x15 30lbs

back
- weighted pullups used a 30lb dumbell this time....1x7, 1x5
- underhand grip rows with a staright bar 2x12 140lbs

shoulders
- dumbell presses 1x15 70lbs
- side laterals 1x15 35lbs (def cheated her a little....think i'll move down to the 30;s again even though i'll get 18-20 w/ strict form...just feels better with the 30's and that's what it's about right?)
- front raises 1x12 30lbs
- upright rows 1x12 100lbs

arms
- one arm preacher curls 2x8 35lbs
- lying extensions 2x12 90lbs

abs
- hanging leg raises
- crunches with 2 10lbs dumbells in my hand....i laid flat on my back and did sit ups and then did a 1-2 punch with the dumbells at the top of contraction.....shit that hurt alot. never tried them before and i'm glad i did them...i have no clue what they are called but i saw some girl in the gym doing it and i decided to give it a whirl :)

happy with the workout...back felt aaaaahhhh k and shoulders only hurt during chest exercises....guess that will never go away but whateva.

dr. called me back yesterday with my mri....i have degenration of the disk and now a hernia which is basically sitting on my sciatic (spell) nerve. the doc approved me for therapy and a steroid epidoral which is good and bad news i guess....my condition got worse from a year ago but i may be able to get by without the pain through therapy and the shots :) well see how that works out

Eek ... take care of your back jp! I cannot stress that enough esp since you are young. I already know your thoughts on this, but I am thinking long term, + I see my boss everyday in pain & upset b/c he can't 'workout' like he use to.

Great workout You got it right about the 30's ... IMO for you better form is a better option. :)
