i know theres a supplement forum but recently all my joint are like clunking and clicking

and now recently my shoulder started hurting but its not the muscle but more the socket and bones i believe

any suggestions?
 
Glucosamine + MSM + chondroitin

As for training, try heavy eccentrics
 
i was lookin at the gluc. , msm, chondroitin but apparently its meant more for arthetis (sp?)

and whats heavy eccentrics

It's great for joints period (arthritis is a joint problem). Eccentric= negative or "lowering" of the weight (when the bar is descending on bench, i.e.).
 
I have the same problems with my joints too, it is very frustrating but someone also told me to take Glucosamine I just haven't got around to trying it yet. He also said to drink a lot of water cause sometimes that will help.
 
Essential Fatty Acids- the good fats from nuts, salmon, olive oil, avocados, etc. They serve as a lubricant (among MANY other functions) and if they are deficient in one's diet it can lead to joint pain. I'm not saying that eating some peanuts is going to heal someone magically but if your diet is low in them, then consuming more EFA's will help.
 
some days my joints just crack and it doesnt hurt but other days it starts to hurt and I have to stop doing that lift.
 
all mine is are a clunkin sound but recently its starting to hurt in my shoulder.. so i guess ill just take some gluc.
