so over the past couple months I’ve noticed after a really heavy workout my joints bother me
it’s especially my wrist and also my lower legs and ankles
is there any supplements that I can take that will help lubricate my ankles and make them feel better and also with my wrist because it’s really pissing me off

if you have joint pain use some n2joint rx and fish oil
and try some ostarine too
 
Need to dial it back cut down on the heavy sets and possibly supplement for inflammation with high quality Turmeric
 
you're probably not getting enough good fats in your diet also check what supplements you're taking
 
your form and the amount of weight that you're pushing could also affect your joints negatively
