man, i slept through my first class (purposely), which gave me something like 9.5 hours of sleep. well, i got up and went to art history. since i had just woken up recently with extra sleep, i decided to skip the ripped fuel.

to make a long story short, jesus 2 fell asleep in art history.

yes, it is a GE course. around early medieval times now, and as such it's focusing on christianity that is taking over civilization (in architecture, painting, sculpture, etc). how boring.

whenever I would be falling asleep in classes, I'd just lift one foot.
it is impossible to sleep with one foot raised.

in the end I'd just forget that it was raised, it would go down, and then I'd fall asleep.

it really depends on the prof - I had a Modern Japanese Architecture prof that managed to take a fantastic topic and make it the most excruciating class to sit through.
and nearly all of the art history classes were after lunch or just before, and then when the lights go out... ugh.
