I was the only one to show up at work.....and no one showed up at my gym....good luck!
 
We have the laziest gym staff in the world at my gym. They all look like the out of breath fat guy in Pumping Iron doing curls with the 5 pound dumbell. lol I doubt anyone will be there today......Tomorrow I'll set some new PR's though ;). lol

*Got some real good feedback on my posing & got told my transitions are good....I know I need more practice as even doing my stage walk in front of the class made me nervous...I was a little wobbly in my shoes too....

And holding these poses is hard!!

Dinner out took forever.....I had a cheat meal since I haven't really had one in a while -- had a burger & salad.....having a glass of wine back at the hotel.....
