Why does everyone think you need all that protein? The operative concept here is eat what you need. Eating more portein than the body requires will not stimulate growth.

I'm over 270 and take in about 150 grams of protein to maintain my body. To build, yeah i take in more, but like jay I like my carbs. aBout 400 grams a day easy. I have begun to wonder if this shit is made up by the magazines to sell protein powder.
 
i believe it....

if your body is always using carbs for energy, then it will use every gram of protien for muslce building. At that point you really don't need that much.

exactly my friend, it was a misprint, the next issue they will correct themselves and say per meal.

Damn that cutler is a big boy, how the hell could be getting under 200g per day!! come on! :p

4oz turkey breast, 2 cups cooked rice

8 PM
2 1/2 scoops ProM3, 7 rice cakes, 2 cups cooked rice

9:15 PM
Eat Out! Sushi (about 30 pieces of various fish), one 8oz serving of fat free frozen yogurt

11:30 PM
1 packet of hGH Promino Plus PM formula with one scoop L-Glutamine Power, 10 egg whites, 7 rice cakes, one cup oatmeal

The next 2 meals are not every night, but an example of what would be eaten most likely.

2 scoops ProM3, 1/2 cup dry oats

But where is all the Nitro-tech and Cell-tech that creates these monsters. I don't believe in 2grams/lb of body weight and it can be toxic to the live and hard on the kidneys. But, I have a hard time with any of the mags printing the truth and reality.
