Jan 31 - Mar 22 progress pics...(updated)
This has been the result of diet (and tanning bad lol
) from Jan 31-Mar 22, about 2 months worth of work....I only started lifting about a week ago so I'm really looking forward to what I can accomplish in another 2 months. I still have quite a bit of BF to get down and lots of muscle to gain but at least it's a start.
