Jan 31 - Mar 22 progress pics...(updated)

This has been the result of diet (and tanning bad lol ;) ) from Jan 31-Mar 22, about 2 months worth of work....I only started lifting about a week ago so I'm really looking forward to what I can accomplish in another 2 months. I still have quite a bit of BF to get down and lots of muscle to gain but at least it's a start.

What do you guys think? Suggestions?

lost some good weight... the first 6 months will be very good fo ryou if your work hard and eat right.. this all take time, so keep up with it and you will see gains/ goals that you are looking for.. keep it up!

Good start! How old are you? I'm guessing your age but you should be at the peak of your natural testosterone production - so eat clean & eat to build muscle & then lift like you mean it!

^^ What she said :)

Either or picture is bad you need alot of work...Quit worrying about fat and pump some dam iron! Fat will burnoff by itsself if you train right, your not a naturally fat body person......So get the hell up and pump some iron and make it a life style the payoffs will be well worth it trust me!

Your right, I do need a lot of work. I lift everyday but like I said I've only been at it about a week or so. I'm also doing 15 min of cardio after every lift session.

Tuna, Grilled Chicken, repeat.

I have a low far granola bar here and there, along with some other low fat and low carb foods. I just ate extremely healthy, no junk food or sweets.

you have a lot of courage posting your pics and putting yourself out there. adding muscle will make a huge difference.

you got your work cut out for you but we all gotta start somewhere. good luck and keep us posted on your progress.

Looks great that you lost the weight! Dittos on what everyone else has said. You just need to lift heavy and eat lots of protein to put some mass on your frame now.
