Hi Jamie I'm out of my home town, in the US now, going back to Mexico tonight.
You must keep the faith in yourself! It si so much harder in the states than in Mexico to keep a diet clean! Man every grocery store I go to has like a zillion types of breads and junk food! Too much of everything, and such easy access...I have been oh so good! No training but clen diet.

CRAZINESS!!!

I will be back to posting regularly tomorrow, things are not going too well over here so I have been MIA. I have been trying to catch up on everyone and you ladies are awesome. :heart:
