yeah bro! im actually a rule fan. have been since he started his career. he looks great and better than ever imho. hes got good cuts. hes always had a good body despite what he weighs

jacked = being thick and cut. (sounds like a guy in a gay add in craigslist talking about his dick) but he is good shape for a celeb. real good shape. I am more jacked then he is. but I take horse supplements.

props for what? for having atheletically inclined parents/grandparents?

maybe i would, but i used to work out at a 70% black gym in newark. they were cool, but many of them were huge as fuck/ripped and had the worst diets ever, and alot knew nothing about training.
the guys i was cool with i would joke about them eating fried chicken and still being 8% bodyfat...and some really would
they'd usually respond with a rice and beans joke
 
dude looks good, isn't he getting old now though? i'd guess he juiced just because i don't see how someone with his lifestyle could stay that cut natty.
