I got time served and a year's probation for a series of small violations in Cobb county. I pled no contest under the first time offendor thing so my record was supposed to have been wiped clean after I finished probation. 10 years later I still haven't checked to see if it really is.

Yeah I did first offenders too. But they force you to go to drug rehab if you do that for a posession charge.
