At work. I don't know how it happened, but it did. Somewhere along the lines I just started whining like a fucking virgin on prom night (seriously, does that phrase ever not work?!). From Day One the game plan was to shut my fucking mouth, win over everyone I need to win over, and let me skillz do the talking. Four years later I find myself working out of a 1-man office in SD, several levels promoted and in a pretty good situation with my projects and teams. I remember when I got my latest promotion - I felt so fucking good, knowing that my plan paid off. I stood pat, loaded up the ammo, and waited patiently until it was time to fire.

I need to remember what got me here.
