hi all I'm am one off to the gym now do do my patented "Biceps Bomber" workout routine for my biceps (21" guns of steel).
If anyones intrested in my workout here it is:
10 sets of Biceps curl.
10 sets of preacher curl.
10 sets of dumb-ell curl.
I do a few sets of chins after this to get a little pumped out. Phews! That workout makes me exhasted just thinking about it.
