Ive heard of people taking that route. lifting + diet. no cardio
I'm curious to see how your cutting phase will turn out for you. You'll have to send me pics. How lean are you at right now?
Pure protein, that is crazy, must be friggin starved for carbs. I think I'm going to do cardio at least 3 days a week just to stay in good cardio vascular shape, and it cant hurt fatloss. maybe you are right though in that diet is the ultimate tweaker. Why is it then that when people are cutting for contests that they do tons of cardio (while dieting)? Ideally I do want to eventually get up to 6 days a week though. I just think that cardio has to be dang good for you (health wise)
