Hey needto, how would this stuff compare with its estrogen mediation compared to Forma-stano? I know forma is just for estro/prog. control and N2guard is much broader base. But if you were running Guard AND forma, would it kill too much estrogen? That would be my only concern as I am one of those people that values what a little extra estrogen does for our joints. I probably wouldnt run them both together but I'm just curious.

Not at all. They all do do different things. N2GUARD is more to protect against problems. THose supps are more protein, anti e and PCT. You can drop the TOCO 8 next time.

Can I use this instead of a multi-vitamin?

N2GUARD is more complete than most multis and definitely can be a substitute. It isn;t quite as complete and potent as DX7, but that is the exemption. Since N2GUARD contains a diuretic, it'd be good to take a break from it now and then when off cycle.
