Obviously, you can't expect to do massive amounts of harsh gear and think it'll be free of any sides as long as you just take N2GUARD. But it will definitely cut down on them and reduce the damage. For modest cycles you'll be able to avoid most sides completely.

Other than the tren what is harsh about that?

But the test, primo, mast and EQ are not really harsh.

I wasn't speaking specifically to that cycle, just in general.

Anything done for too long can be harsh.
