Hey everyone...I've been away from the forums for almost a year now and am about to hit it hard. My schedule didn't allow me to be as disciplined as I'd like but it looks like I'm gonna be back on track soon!
By the way, I was about to pick up some vitamins (milk thistle, cranberry, flaxseed, etc..) I looked at puritan.com and saw some great deals. Has anyone ever used their products? Just looking for some feedback on them..
