Itchy Rash - Sustain Alpha

So...I've been using Sustain on and off for a few months and like it.

It makes my skin feel great except for three or four spots.

These spots itch like hell and have a rash. If I stop using the Sustain they go away but I also get acne pretty bad on my back and chest.

I'm stuck. Has anyone else noticed this? Any recommendations?

I had my chest and arms break out from 1-T Tren on the second bottle, first four weeks were fine with the first bottle. Not sure what it was, but I sent pics to Primordial and they gave me the option of credit or a refund, I took the credit and got some Ajipure IBCAA's and CLA's. I think I'm done with the topical supplements, kind of a pain and I guess my skin is too sensitive.

I rub one pump in my balls sometimes the night before and next day I'm a fuckin tripod

I love the way it makes me feel but im not sure its worth how bad I break out on my chest and back from it.
