Guys legs are a body part too...so train them....i see too many guys with arms bigger than there legs....so all you guys out there and you know who you are start training them and shoot some AS into them and they will grow trust me.....thanks.
 
Yea good advise.... I just started to work my legs in Sepember. My squats are still far behind my bench but catching up fast..
 
I suppose you'll have to train until your arms are as big as people and legs as big as horses....

I know a few guys at my gym that dont train legs,all they concetrate on is their arms and chest.They are built like chickens.It cracks me up everytime I see them.
 
I said it once and i'll say it again about myself, "i am the opposite of your typical amatur bodybuilder. Big ass lower body, relitivliy small upperbody in comparison." I take pride in that. And whenever i see some Ricky Slick Nutt's flexing his bicep, which is basically just one muscle, no cuts, i go right next to him in the mirror and pull up the old shorts and knock him on his ass with my quads. HAHAHAHAH

I'm with you on that. I might only be 193 but I swear that at least 150 of it is my legs. But I am trying to get the upper body caught up. I think its good in a way but I personally would like to have a big upper body....but I guess the grass is always greener....
