Mine is in a warehouse, huge place, i arrive at 6:00pm usually only a few wiggas and out of shape teens&20something yr olds show up ,they usually do 3 sets then move on to something else.............what losers!
I hate the crowds. Especially when it starts getting warm for beach season, they start flocking in for the ab sessions and pumps. wtf? They annoy me.
Also the newbies at New Year's with their resolution BS. There should be a law against that shit. Seriously everyone should have to take a little test on gym etiquette before joining. I'm about to quit because of the crowds. It's more stressful just trying to get a freaking bench, than working out!
sometimes, but i get around it by mixing it up and going heavier, since most people dont touch the heavier dumbbells or do simple compound moves like tbar rows, db/bb rows etc, because theyre flat out lazy
I hate my gym. It seems like every time I actually go, which isn't often these days, everyone is using what I want to use. It's so tiny compared to the gym I use to go to in Florida. The only good thing about it are it's hours- open 24 hours a day 6 days a week.
