IMHO yes it is....Lust is a sin, but some times lust cannot be tamed. However, acting on that lust is IMO the "sin".

Good point. We'd literally go insane if we tried to block out all the sex ads and messages for it on tv, in magazines, books, the radio, the internet, and even the newpaper. Not to mention what's out there once we actually leave our homes. Religion and present day norms don't mix so well. If they did we'd be living in a very different world.
Religious values haven't yet adapted with the more complicated times. It should be more of a sin to take another human's life, but all the crusades and religious wars never seemed to have a problem with that.

It's best to use some common sense and moral moderation.

Another thing: biology and religion often aren't on the same page. Being that biology is a more natural thing, it automatically yields more credibility.

The difference is he's not watching porn at the first place but to the victim whose basically jerking off to the porn. Yeah he might have seen it but he doesn't have that same feeling when you watch porn. Is an abomination to him but to you is rigthfully appropriate.
