My goals are simply to look my best and be in shape. I've been doing the following split - M- Chest/back, Wed - arms/Legs, Friday - Shoulders, other days I do cardio except Sunday when I rest.

I'd like to switch to what I've written out below, any reason this is a bad idea? I would do it M and wednesday and then Chest/Shoulders/Biceps on Friday, reverse the days the next week and so on.

Chest/Shoulders/Biceps
Superset - DB Bench Press & DB Flyes 4X10
Superset - Incline BP & Pec Deck 4X10
Superset - Military Press & Lat Raises 4X10

Dips 3X15
Tri Pressdown 3X15

Back/Biceps/Legs
Superset - Lat pulldown & reverse Pulldown 4X10
Superset - cable Row & One Arm Row 4X10

Leg extension 3X15
leg curls 3X15
Alternate Curls 3X12
Preacher Curls 3X12

5 core lifts every routine needs:

Squats
Deadlifts
Flat BB Bench
Barbell Row
Military Press

your routine has 1 of them.

dips, 1 arm row and incline bb are all very good though, however you still need the 5 above

why all the supersets??

like another poster said- your training should focus these exercises:

Squats
Deadlifts
Barbell Rows
Bench Press
Standing Overhead Press
Barbell Curl
Close Grip Bench
