I had an upper body workout on Thur of last week, probably pushed myself more than I should, but I left feeling fine, no pain.
Went to work on the weekend shift and Sat, I was pushing some heavy loads and I had this sharp pain in my right Tricep and it shot down my whole arm. I tried to use my left arm for the rest of the shift and pain killers helped.
Sunday morning it felt fine, no pain but later when I started to push some heavy loads, the pain came back.
I had 4 days off for the holiday, rested it, no lifting. It felt fine at work, didn't lift a whole lot their till maybe Sunday and the pain returned.
There's no bruising just this nagging pain in the tricep. Is it worth getting it check out? I'd hate to waste the money and go through the hastle.
