Is this a solid diet

I weigh 200lbs around 7%bf..do not want to gain any fat.

1: Protein 50g; Carbs 50g; Fat 20g
2: Protein 50g; Carbs 50g; Fat 7g
3: Protein 50g; Carbs 50g; Fat 7g
PostWorkout: Protein 50g; Carbs 100g; Fat 3g
5: Protein 50g; Carbs 50g; Fat 7g
6: Protein 50g; Carbs 0g; Fat 22g


TOTALS: Protein 300g; Carbs 300g; Fat 66g

The ration is 40:40:20

Total Calories is 3000

The fat in the first meal and the last is higher because I will cosume 1 tbl of Flax (14g)

Carbs will be low GI(mostly rice) except for post workout shake which will have 100g of dextrose.

Supplementation:
Morning:
Tbl of Flax
MultiVitamin/Mineral
1000 mg of Vitamin C
400 mg of ALA

PreWorkout:
10 g of Glutamine

Post Workout:
Multivitamin/mineral
400 mg of ALA
1000 Vitamin C
10 g of Glutamine
5 g of Creatine

Before Bed:
Tbl of Flax Seed

Suggestions please
 
that is a verynice isocaloric diet, for maintaining and if you believe thats how many cals u can tolerate,otherwise good :)
 
I would cut the rice and replace it with real low GI carbs like broccoli, cauliflower, carrots, and other fibrous vegetables and maybe some fruits.
 
that looks great, ofcoure if you want to maintain cals are the most important and you are doing great in that area, as for the rice i think it is a great choice i wouldnt take that out, veggies have liek no calories, they should be included in your diet for the nutrients but i wouldnt really consider them a carb meal in my opinion, too much fiber.
