My current weight is 175 at approximently 12% bodyfat. My goal is 200 at 10% or lower BF. My work schedule is really tough but I do the best I can. I workout as soon as I wake up which is at about 4 pm. I work 11 pm to 7 am.

Wakeup.
Postworkout: Celltech, 20 gram protein shake.
meal 1: 2 chicken breasts, rice, potatoes.
meal 2: 1 can of tuna.
meal 3: 1 chicken breast, rice, potatoes.
meal 4: 1 can of tuna, fat free yoguart.
meal 5: 2 servings of oatmeal and a 40 gram whey protein shake.
Sleep.

Supplements:
GNC 100% whey.
Cell Tech.
GNC Mega Men Multivitamin. (taken 2 times daily 2 tabs each time)
R-ALA (taken 200 mg on meal 1, 3, and 5. 600 mg daily)

My workout:
Monday: Chest, Abs.
Tuesday: Legs.
Wednesday: Biceps, Traps, Abs.
Thursday: Shoulders, Triceps.
Friday: Back, Abs.

Constructive criticism is encouraged.

it's very hard to get leaner and put on mass, pick one or the other

Wakeup.
Postworkout: Celltech, 20 gram protein shake.
drop the CELLTECH, it's trash....get some plain protein w/ creatine and some dextrose

meal 1: 2 chicken breasts, rice, potatoes.
add 1 tbsp. flaxseed oil
meal 2: 1 can of tuna.
add 2 baked potatoes

meal 3: 1 chicken breast, rice, potatoes.
meal 4: 1 can of tuna, fat free yoguart.
drop the yogurt, add some yams, 1-2
meal 5: 2 servings of oatmeal and a 40 gram whey protein shake.
Sleep.
add some fiber before bed, around 10g psyllium husk

Supplements:
GNC 100% whey.
Cell Tech.
GNC Mega Men Multivitamin. (taken 2 times daily 2 tabs each time)
R-ALA (taken 200 mg on meal 1, 3, and 5. 600 mg daily)
DROP allt he GNC and Cell tech garbage....get yourself some real supplements, like basic multi vit+min, some creatine, glutamine and amino acids, add some protein and dextrose and you're set

My workout:
Monday: Chest, Abs.
Tuesday: Legs.
Wednesday: Biceps, Traps, Abs.
Thursday: Shoulders, Triceps.
Friday: Back, Abs.

Thankyou, Mr. X, for giving your advice. I do have a couple of questions, however. What kind of creatine, glutamine, and multivitamin do you suggest? I get really good deals on GNC stuff because my friend works there so I ask what is wrong with the gnc protein. Protein is protein is it not?

See that's another story, most of the problems are w/ the overpriced supplements. Meaning they are not different from anything else but cost 4x more then online. I would say just pure monohydrate for the creatine and pure glutamine. You can get multivitamins at the local drug store w/ a no name brand for about $5-10.
