I'm non-plat and have been a member here forever yet can barely get any useful information about what I'm looking for becuase of all the crap in here.

i feel the same way.i have been a member since 2001 have ben reading BBmags since that bill philips guy was wearing parachute pants and a fanny pack at disney land(i had the picture long ago), and prety boy BB danny hester was in the magazines 1993-1995. i have seen it all and laugh at 95% of the supplements out there.

I have used a fair few products over the last few months and found all of them usefull so far (T-Rex,PureCee,Cardiobreze) in the process of using Glurocell and SesaPure only had them a few days so i cannot comment on them so far. I am by no meens a expert but i started out dieting as i was over weight once i had lost around 19 pounds i started to look at Supps i used the ones i mentioned above and found they worked well with what i needed them for specially the T-Rex and PureCee. T-Rex does what it says on the tin so to speak gave me extra energy and has fat burning qualities aswell. With diet, hardwork and these supps i have shifted over 40lbs the majority of that in the last 3 months. So for me i think they work. I find everything i need here if you look you will find. There is so many helpfull people on here Bunny,SGTSlaughter,mm107 and many others who give there time to help others out. Yes there is products advertised but there not exactly taking up all the first page space.

Thats my opinion anyways.

Thats what I'm saying. A product gets introduced and suddenly a day later there is a member with about 100 posts raving about it, saying it is "amazing" and that "everybody" is talking about it.

I'm glad the products work for you but all I want is some damn information without having to sift through pages of the crap.

i've taken glucorell, sesapure, green tea, purecee and now am taking the amp02

i thought sesa did nothing for me honestly...was not a fan of purecee..thought it did nothing really. glucorell is great i believe...jury still out on amp02...i can say that the pumps i get after my workout are great...only taking 7 caps...going to bump it to 8 caps tomorrow....so far i haven't seen any increase in focus or anything like that yet...these are honest feedbacks
