Is rxhealthdrugs.com working for you?

Im very happy with them so far. I recieved my order 12 days after it was ordered!! I just hope the products are good...
 
They shipped mine on 12/2 - charged my account on 12/4 - I'm still waiting - opened up a ticket with them on 12/22 - they answered on 12/23 - Status: Origin Post is Preparing Shipment
We have received notice that the originating post is preparing to dispatch this mail piece.

So if the origin post is preparing shipment (on 12/23) what happened between 12/2 and 12/23??? Are you telling me it takes that lomg to prepare the order??

Also - the site says - Once your order has been shipped, we will send you an email to notify you that your product has left our facility. From this point your product is only 7-21 days from arriving at your home or office.

NEVER GOT ANY E-MAIL FROM THEM!!!

This is getting rather annoying - there are other sources out there!!


I am not surprised at all. I went with them because they are a sponsor here, and because most of the mods support them as a good choice. I hope to receive my stuff before the New Year, but we will see. I sent them a support ticket. I will let you know what their response is.
 
I was ordering through RXHEALTH and after my cart was full and i clicked on CHECKOUT it took me to a 3rd party payment option through 4RX. This makes no sense as 4RX is another online drug company www.4rx.com. Anyone know what's up with this?
 
Got a response for my ticket. It says my stuff was shipped out on the 22nd. BUT..., their website has listed the status of my order as "shipped" since Dec. 3rd. So why the fuck was it just shipped on the 22nd? Because this company is amateur hour. Fuck these people, I will never order from them again. I am going to have to order more of my meds from my clinic and pay 60 dollars to have them overnighted to due me over until my package from Rxbushleague.com gets here.

It's a shame it has to be this way. Rx does have great prices and selection but I've said all along that they need to work on their customer service and they've had plenty of time to do it.

Don't give up bro, you'll most likely get your stuff. But any business has got to realize that people get annoyed when they don't receive what they paid for.

The response they gave you was a short one and did not explain everything to you. I am sure you sent them a email asking where your order is and they just replied with (a pack was shipped on the 22nd).

When what really happen is your first pack was sent when the system said it was sent. That pack got lost in transit (we all know how) and now free of charge they have sent out a second pack to you which went out on the 22nd.

The fact remains and always will. Rxhealth is cheaper then anyone in the world. So cheap they are almost 2 times as cheap as the cheapest places out there. On top of how cheap they are

Now they are so god damn cheap its not even funny. And there products are real and dosed right. Never a single complaint ever about the products they sell.

Because they are so damn cheap and there product are great. They deal in massive massive volume sales. 100 times more sales then most places.

Whats that mean?

Well if AI store x and rxhealth both get 100 orderds and out of that 100 both stores have 1 orderd that get fucked up that would be some good number.

Now if AIstore x is a pretty unknown place stays under the radar, hardly sponsors any sites and he gets hmmm 3000 orders in a month. He may fuck up and have to fix 30 orders. Not much work to do ha ha.. Not only that but out of that 30 fucked up orders only about 2 of these people ever come to a forum and make a open complaint about it for numerous reasons.


Now Big rxhealthdrugs filles 300,000 orders in a month and with the exact same numbers that means they have 3000 orders that get fucked up each month. A hell of a lot more work involved and a hell of a lot more chance for some one to be that guy who is all pissy about it and spew it on every forum he can. Also knowing they are a sponsor makes them want to be sure and spew it all over the forums all the more. So going by the same numbers as the other store. Rxhealth gets 200 very vocal complainers a month and little old Underground Ai'storeX gets 2.

What keeps Rxhealth better then.
1. cheapest prices ever hands down. No ones even touching them sorry just not going to.
2. WILL RESHIP MISSING ORDERS FOR FREE
3. In the end if you never get your pack the will refund you. They do it all the time, we have all seen it.
4. Yes they sponsor the site and help keep it going.
5. You can always send me a pm and I will bash them over the head and help get your problem solved a little faster. Its not my job to do so but I do it for the members.

So when you see a few complaints about rxhealth yet hardly ever see a complaint about Aistore x. Just think about what i just said. Your chances of your order getting fucked up are pretty much the same. your chances of that fucked up order getting taken care of in the end though....... Are a lot higher with rxhealth then with anyone else, and you will pay a fuck of a lot less.


Also as a added tip. Keep in mind its a online business. Any online business is also subject to "false complaints" And they complaints can come from both new members and even seasoned vets. Why?

Competition my friends. Product reps are trained not only in positive but also Negative campaigning:D and a company will pay a seasoned board vet top and I mean top dollar or a butt load of free product in exchanged for them making a few negative comments about there competition on a forum they sponsor.

I am not saying anyone is doing this here, but its a simple truth and i think it should be stated non the less.

First off let me say how much respect I have for you needto. You know you are my boy and I would never disrespect you or step on your toes. I am just posting up my personal opinion based on my experience.

Let me also clarify why I am pissed. I am NOT pissed because it is taking this long for me to get my stuff. I am a very understanding guy as long as I have good reason. I also, however, have little tolerance for those who do not practice proper business etiquette.

I was told that I would receive an e-mail confirming the date of shipment. This never happened. I had to go to their website on my own and check the status of my order to find out the ship date was Dec. 3rd. That is fine..., no big deal. It IS however a big deal when in reality, they did not ship my stuff until the 22nd. Is it possible that the Dec. 22nd shipment was a re-ship due to a problem with the original shipment? Absolutely it is and I totally understand that shit happens. But guess what..., they should have sent me a notification that there was a delay with my order, and it would be quite longer than expected for me to receive my meds. Had they done this, I would have NO PROBLEM whatsoever with them, because I would have had time to make other arrangements to compensate BEFORE I ran out of my meds. The least they could have done is update the status of my order on their website so I could again sign in and find out for myself what was going on. They didn't do that either.

They bottom line is, I know they are cheap as hell, they are a board sponsor, and I should be glad I am getting this stuff at the prices they offer. But their customer service is some of the worst I have ever seen. I'm sorry guys, but once they have taken the money out of my bank account..., I have a right to be updated on the status of my order if there is a problem.

Also let me express that there is NO FUCKING WAY IN HELL that I would EVER be a corporate puppet, and accept a bribe to get on here and flame a company on behalf of their competition. That is immoral, unethical, and fucking high-school drama bullshit. I have no motive whatsoever in posting up my personal experience with Rxhealth over the past month. I just think the board members have a right to all unbiased opinions on a recommended company regardless if they are a sponsor or not.

THey always send a email. If the system updated it to "shipped" it automatically sent you a email. This is a standard feature on all shopping cart systems. The fact that you did not get it means
1. Your email blocked it as spam and sent it to the junk folder where you never saw it.
2. Your email host ie yahoo,hotmail what ever blocked it Because of the content in the email. Host servers do this all the time now. Just like how a whole crap load of people never got my ef mailer the other day.

What ever the reason though they email was sent. Because you clearly stated that your order was updated in there system from pending to shipped. Any and everyone who has ever owned a e-cart knows that when you update a order or change the status of a order in anyway the system Automatically sends a email to the email that you placed on file for that order. Its standard and not a shopping cart in the world does not have this feature in place.

I assure you I get this all the time. Emailes from customers asking me why they never got the email saying there order was shipped and the tracking number. I have not once sent this email manually unless A customer asked for it because they never go tit. My system and every system out there Auto send the email.

So Yes there system sent it. There is no way what so ever that it wasn't sent. But yes there is many reasons why you would not have gotten it. What ever that reason my be its not there fault and they have no way of knowing you did not get it unless you tell them you did not get it.
