Is Mossberg a good brand of shotguns??

AAA, cool thanks,

Code, it was not my glock(best performing gun I've ever owned) it was an old llama I belive. It wasn't the best gun anyway,Its the reason I decided to just spend the money on a good reliable Glock.

Of course the 9mm will drop somebody, manny78 must of just watched some old Clint Eastwood movies, 357 will ripp limbs off, Big is good but the 9mm will also do the job!

I've used both 9 mm and .357 and since the recoil of the last is not that tremendous then no reason to ignore the Glock 32. BTW you will NOT necessarly go down with one shot (9 mm). That's for the exact same reason I think they created the 1911 .45.

Manny is right, partly

Anectdotal reports [from law enforcement and armed forces];

There is limited difference between the .357 and the 9mm. In fact, if you do the math, the bullets are damn near the same size.

The 1911 was created to take out them touch mofo's in the Philipines.

Nonetheless, most people take two rounds to go down. This is why places like Thunder Ranch place such a huge emphasis on accurate, ranged double-taps.

manny78,I was not flaming you,but people always think bigger is better not always the case, I have one pistol beretta 45 auto, yeah its big but less rounds, heavier and just a bigger pistol period, Pistols are just like rifles the bigger the cal the more knock down power! Also what do you guys think is the most deadly round is? 22

I've got enough firepower for now I think, my glock is full of hollow points and my 12 ga is full of buckshot.

don't listen to these people. i've shot buckshot and slugs, and a slug would do WAY more damage to a person than buckshot. you could easily take of a limb with a slug.

I got a M1911A1 .45 that my grandfather gave me.Its heavy as hell,but shoots good.

What about the .40 caliber?Seems alot of law enforcement in my area are picking the .40 over the 9mm.
